  • once you’ve sent an enquiry you will receive an email or whatsapp message from dan to arrange getting your first session booked!

    Before your first session you will need to fill out a PAR-Q form with any medical conditions or special requirements.

    During our first training session we will discuss your targets and any personal requirements you have as well as get you signed up to the app. we will also use the first session to check your current fitness level to ensure that suitable programmes are set!

  • each personal training session is 1 hour. this will include your warm up, dynamic & static stretching as well as resistance exercises and cardiovascular work.

  • Absolutely not! Your personal training programme will be tailored to your fitness level and will aid in the progression to reach your desired targets. Personal training (especially in a private environment) is a great way for people new to the gym to gain confidence and learn correctly. Correct lifting techniques and form will be covered to ensure you are safe at all times.

  • It is completely understandable that work commitments or holidays may impact your ability to complete training sessions over the course of the year. Simply let me know if you have any commitments and i will aim to be as flexible as possible to ensure that your training is not missed!
